Scientific Biography

Oleg Maltsev — is a scientist, candidate of psychological sciences, and the head of the “Applied Sciences Association” which includes the Memory Institute, the Research Institute of World Martial Art Traditions and Criminalistic Research of Weapon Handling and the International Schicksalsanalyse Community Research Institute. Also, Oleg Maltsev is a member of the American Psychological Association, APA – one of the most influential associations of professional psychologists in the world, which was founded in the US in 1892.

For the purpose of field research, studies of primary sources as well as for mutual work with partners and experts in Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, USA and RSA, in 2013 a special scientific unit named “Expeditionary Corps” was founded. The main task of this unit is the investigation of power, namely the methodologies and technologies by means of which people attained, kept and expanded their power in the course of different historical periods. During the last four years there were more than 20 scientific expeditions organized in Germany, Spain, Sicily, Switzerland, Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, USA and South Africa. As a result numerous methodologies and technologies of the past were revived, which are relevant as they were many centuries ago. Besides that, there are more than 50 popular science movies filmed and more than 100 books written, most of which are for internal use only.

 

It is worth noting separately an international expert group with whom Ph.D. Oleg Maltsev consults in particular research areas of the Association of Applied Sciences, and also implements joint scientific projects.

In the field of philosophy and sociology of religions to mention such experts as

In the field of criminal subcultures research a joint scientific work is lead by

In the area of depth psychology and research in the field of fate analysis were invited as experts:

Alexander Sagaidak (Ukraine), candidate of psychological sciences.

All these studies were preceded by more than 20 years of scientific activity by Oleg Maltsev. The whole of his activity was greatly influenced by his mentor Lieutenant-General Viktor Pavlovitch Svetlov.

It was Victor Svetlov who introduced Oleg Maltsev to the legacy of Soviet academicians Grigory Semenovich Popov and Alexei Samuilovich Yakovlev. Being graduates of Heidelberg University, these scientists have achieved outstanding academic and applied results in the field of human consciousness and memory.
